Fluid, exactly where it's needed. Exactly when.

Adaptive fluid-routing hardware paired with real-time software, so one compact platform manages four independent circuits — and keeps moving the split as conditions change.

The lead market

AI is rewriting data centre design.

Rack power densities are climbing, workloads are mixed, and efficiency targets keep tightening. Cooling that was set once at the design point cannot follow a load that moves by the second.

Where the cost sits

Cooling is the overhead. Adaptive routing is how you cut it.

In a liquid-cooled hall, coolant is pumped and chilled for the whole rack at the rate the hottest component needs. Everything else is over-served, and the energy that over-serves it is paid for every hour of every year. Four mechanisms turn that into recoverable cost.

Operating cost

Less cooling energy

Flow follows load instead of the design point, so pumping and chilling work is spent where heat actually is rather than across the whole rack.

Plant efficiency

Warmer return water

Higher return temperatures raise chiller efficiency and extend the hours per year a facility can run on free cooling instead of mechanical plant.

Heat reuse

Heat worth recovering

Warmer return water makes waste heat useful for district heating or adjacent buildings — turning a disposal cost into a recoverable output.

Capital cost

Deferred plant spend

Better thermal uniformity can allow higher rack density inside existing cooling capacity, deferring capital spend on new plant.

Model it against your own hall

Your figures, your assumptions

On average the platform saves around 15% of cooling energy. The actual figure runs higher or lower depending on existing infrastructure, workload profile and how the system is designed.

Cooling load only; no other overhead changed

Arithmetic: cooling power = IT load × PUE × cooling share of facility energy, run for 8,760 hours and multiplied by your electricity price, then by the reduction figure. The 15% reduction is Hydrohertz’s stated average rather than a measured result for your site; every other input is yours to set.

The platform, working

One inlet. Four circuits. Constantly rebalanced.

A conventional manifold splits flow on fixed ratios and holds them there. Hydrohertz reads live demand and moves the split as it shifts — so capacity follows the load instead of the plumbing.

Business model

Built to be licensed, not just sold.

Hydrohertz replaces static fluid management with intelligent adaptive control. Because the core platform carries across industries, the same intellectual property and engineering expertise can be applied again and again.

Core

Technology licensing

The primary route to market: licensing the platform to partners who build it into their own products.

Support

Engineering services

Application engineering to adapt hardware configuration and software behaviour to a customer's system.

Layer

Software

The intelligence that reads live data and decides where fluid goes — tailored to existing control architectures.

Reach

Partnerships

Scale through OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, with manufacturing undertaken through partners where appropriate.

A platform approach, rather than a standalone component — intelligent software and adaptive fluid-routing working together.

What differentiates Hydrohertz

To become a leading provider of intelligent fluid management technology across multiple industries.

The long-term vision

How the platform works

A control loop, not a setting.

Sense

Read the system

Live operating data from the sensors already in the system — and from as many sources as the application provides.

Analyse

Work out demand

Software interprets what each circuit actually needs right now, rather than assuming the design-point condition holds.

Route

Move the fluid

Proprietary adaptive fluid-routing hardware sets the split across multiple independent circuits from one compact device.

Adapt

Keep adjusting

Conditions change, so the split changes with them — continuously, without waiting for an operator or a schedule.

Continuous — the loop never stops running

The Dectravalve

Three ways to plumb it in.

The adaptive fluid-routing hardware at the centre of the platform. It works alongside the pumps and components already in the system, in the connection style that suits the build.

Hydrohertz Dectravalve with five hose fittings

Hose fitting

Barbed outlets for flexible hose runs — suited to prototype rigs, mobile equipment and machinery where routing flexes.

Hydrohertz Dectravalve with five quick-release couplings

Quick release

Dry-break couplings for circuits that get connected and disconnected often, including serviceable rack-level assemblies.

Hydrohertz Dectravalve with five push-fit connectors

Push fit

Tool-free push-fit connectors for fast installation on hydronic pipework and high-volume assembly.

Worth being clear

Hydrohertz is not a valve manufacturer, and the platform is not software alone. The Dectravalve is one enabling component within a wider technology platform that combines adaptive hardware with intelligent software. It works with existing pumps — it does not replace them.
